Torymus cyaneus[8][9][10] är en stekelart som beskrevs av Walker 1847. Torymus cyaneus ingår i släktet Torymus och familjen gallglanssteklar.[11][12][13] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[13] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[11]
