Stigmatopteris heterophlebia[1] är en träjonväxtart som först beskrevs av Bak., och fick sitt nu gällande namn av Robbin C. Moran. Stigmatopteris heterophlebia ingår i släktet Stigmatopteris och familjen Dryopteridaceae.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade.[2]
