Prionospio treadwelli[1][4][7] är en ringmaskart som beskrevs av Hartman 1951. I den svenska databasen Dyntaxa[6] används istället namnet Prionospio plumosa. Prionospio treadwelli ingår i släktet Prionospio och familjen Spionidae.[6][8][9] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[6] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
