Paragnathorhynchus subterraneus[5][7][8] är en plattmaskart som beskrevs av Meixner 1938. Paragnathorhynchus subterraneus ingår i släktet Paragnathorhynchus och familjen Gnathorhynchidae.[9][10][11] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[11] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[9]
