Macrosiphum albifrons[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16] är en insektsart som beskrevs av Essig 1911. Macrosiphum albifrons ingår i släktet Macrosiphum och familjen långrörsbladlöss.[17][18][19] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[19] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[17]
