Macrosiphoniella oblonga[1][3][4][5][6][7] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Alexandre Mordvilko 1901. Macrosiphoniella oblonga ingår i släktet Macrosiphoniella och familjen långrörsbladlöss.[8][9][10] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
