Macrobiotus echinogenitus[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet trögkrypare, och som beskrevs av Ferdinand Richters 1904. Macrobiotus echinogenitus ingår i släktet Macrobiotus och familjen Macrobiotidae.[13][14][15] Det är osäkert om arten förekommer i Sverige.[15] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[13]
