Hipponoa gaudichaudi[1][2][4][5][6][7] är en ringmaskart som beskrevs av Jean Victor Audouin och Milne Edwards 1830. Hipponoa gaudichaudi ingår i släktet Hipponoa och familjen Amphinomidae.[8][9]
Artens utbredningsområde är havet kring Nya Zeeland.[8] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten H. g. agulhana.[8]
