Dendrothele tetracornis är en svampart[1] som beskrevs av Boidin & Duhem 1996. Enligt Catalogue of Life[2][3] ingår Dendrothele tetracornis i släktet Dendrothele, och familjen Corticiaceae,[2][3] men enligt Dyntaxa[4] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Dendrothele, och familjen Lachnellaceae.[4] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[4] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
