Chondrosia reniformis[2][3][4][5][6][7][8] är en svampdjursart som beskrevs av Giovanni Domenico Nardo 1847. Chondrosia reniformis ingår i släktet Chondrosia och familjen Chondrillidae.[9][10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[9]
