Ceratothrips ericae[1][2] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Alexander Henry Haliday 1836. Ceratothrips ericae ingår i släktet Ceratothrips och familjen smaltripsar.[3][4][5] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[5] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[3]
