Calohypsibius ornatus[2][3][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet trögkrypare, och som först beskrevs av Ferdinand Richters 1900. Calohypsibius ornatus ingår i släktet Calohypsibius och familjen Calohypsibiidae.[22][23][24] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[24] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[22]
