Actinostachys confusa[1] är en ormbunkeart som först beskrevs av Solling, och fick sitt nu gällande namn av Reed. Actinostachys confusa ingår i släktet Actinostachys och familjen Schizaeaceae.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade.[2]
