Trefläckig poppelmätare[1] Stegania trimaculata[1][2] är en fjärilsart som beskrevs av Charles Joseph de Villers 1789. Stegania trimaculata ingår i släktet Stegania och familjen mätare, Geometridae.[1][2][3] Arten är ännu inte påträffad i Sverige.[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
