O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 var ett stockcarlopp ingående i Nascar Cup Series som körs över 334 varv (501 miles 806,281 km) på den 1,5 långa ovalbanan Texas Motor Speedway i Fort Worth i Texas i USA. Loppet kördes årligen 1997-2000. Ett andra Cup-lopp körs årligen sedan 2005 på Texas Motor Speedway, Autotrader Echopark Automotive 500.
