Isohypsibius sattleri[3][4][9][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet trögkrypare, och som först beskrevs av Ferdinand Richters 1902. I den svenska databasen Dyntaxa[1] används istället namnet Isohypsibius bakonyiensis. Isohypsibius sattleri ingår i släktet Isohypsibius och familjen Hypsibiidae.[1][24][25] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[24]
